Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online store, overseeing product listings, and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and drive the overall success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Implement customer service best practices to provide timely and helpful assistance to online customers.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the company ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of driving online sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
